Workflow Autoassignee
One person in charge and one schedule for one task can be solved with a plugin in charge of each workflow.
In addition, it helps to prevent delays in work by designating the deadline for each status and notifying the person in charge as a reminder.
Main function
Automatic designation of person in charge by workflow (by status)
If you set a assignee in charge for each task type and workflow, the person in charge is automatically changed whenever the status is changed.
Changed assignee are notified with content created by an email template, allowing for tighter collaboration.
Designation of deadlines for each workflow (by status)
By designating the deadline for each work flow, the assignee in charge of each status can check the schedule to be processed.
In addition, through the reminder function, if the deadline is near or delayed, an email is sent to the assignee in charge so that the assignee in charge does not miss it.
Email template
Email templates allow you to send emails in any format you want, as well as receive updates via email, which is as simple as accessing Redmine.
*However, this function may not work for email security.
